The role of mitochondria as the electric engine cells is well established. Over past two decades, accumulating evidence has pointed out that, despite presence a highly active glycolytic pathway (Warburg effect), functional and even upregulated mitochondrial respiration occurs in cancer to meet need high energy biosynthetic demand sustain their anabolic growth. Mitochondria are also primary source intracellular ROS. Cancer maintain moderate levels ROS promote tumorigenesis, metastasis, drug resistance; indeed, once cytotoxicity threshold exceeded, trigger oxidative damage, ultimately leading cell death. Based on this, metabolic functions generation considered attractive targets synthetic natural anticancer compounds. Tocotrienols (TTs), specifically δ- γ-TT isoforms, vitamin E-derived biomolecules widely shown possess striking properties since they regulate several molecular pathways. Gastric cancer (GC) is a prevalent malignant tumor that originates from the epithelial cells of gastric mucosa, predominantly in form adenocarcinoma. Extensive research has confirmed significant role autophagy initiation, progression, and chemoresistance GC. The potential traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to exert anti-tumor effects by modulating been demonstrated, particularly context GC prevention treatment. Natural products (NPs) have great therapeutic treatment targeting autophagy-related genes signaling pathways intervene biological behaviors such as proliferation, metastasis, invasion death. Abstract Gastric cancer, marked by its high incidence and poor prognosis, demands the urgent development of novel effective treatment strategies, especially for patients ineligible surgery or those who have had limited success with chemotherapy, radiotherapy targeted therapies. Recently, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) become a key area investigation due to their specificity potent antitumor effects. These therapies combine monoclonal antibodies, designed bind tumor-specific antigens, cytotoxic agents that selectively target destroy malignant cells.
