To understand the impact of digital literacy on health behavior rural older adults in China, and to provide policy basis intervention measures for improving their behavior. This study utilizes data from 1207 aged 60 above 2020 China Rural Revitalization Survey (CRRS), employing Ordered Probit model instrumental variable analysis assesses China. Furthermore, examines mediating effects happiness future expectations analyses differences across dimensions such as age, gender, physical status. (1) Digital can improve adults, including promoting learning knowledge, engaging fitness or exercise activities, consciously controlling salt, sugar edible oil usage. The results are robust various tests. (2) Mediation reveals that sense primary pathways through which influences adults. (3) Heterogeneity further shows BMI have varying impacts provides crucial implications healthy aging inclusion investing infrastructure, implementing training programs, guiding effectively apply platforms health-related purposes.
