Abstract
Rural
e-commerce,
as
a
new
engine
for
rural
development
in
the
digital
economy
era,
is
highly
expected
to
promote
economic
growth
and
sustainable
development.
Based
on
reality
of
"high
willingness
but
low
action"
e-commerce
sales
participation
Tibet,
this
study
integrates
intrinsic
motivational
drivers
behavior
from
Theory
Planned
Behavior
with
external
resource
endowment
constraints
Factor
Endowment
Theory,
constructing
an
analytical
framework
"behavioral
motivation-resource
endowment"
influencing
factors.
Utilizing
survey
data
Livelihood
Development
Tibetan
Agricultural
Pastoral
Areas
(XLDR,
2023)
employing
fuzzy-set
Qualitative
Comparative
Analysis
(fsQCA)
method,
identifies
conditional
configurations
that
influence
translation
intentions
into
actual
behaviors.
The
research
findings
indicate
single
condition
does
not
constitute
necessary
consistency
between
In
sufficiency
analysis
configurations,
three
primary
paths
are
identified,
which
can
be
further
refined
two
models:
"subjective
norm-natural
dual-drive
model"
"capital
multi-drive
model."
This
overcomes
limitations
previous
literature
only
considered
impact
variables,
systematically
proposes
multiple
causal
antecedent
enhancing
participation,
thus
provides
insights
