Introduction: Bulimia nervosa (BN) and binge eating disorder (BED) present a comorbidity with alcohol consumption disorders due to the similarity between symptoms of these conditions such as lack self-control, impulsiveness increase in self-destructive behavior.The ingestion alcoholic beverages directly affects diet because greater amount consumed, lower density nutritional quality diet.Objective: To identify pattern women disorders.Method: This is descriptive, cross-sectional, comparative study quantitative approach carried out adult diagnoses BN or BED, monitored four specialized services state São Paulo.Sociodemographic anthropometric data was collected (weight height calculate body mass index-BMI; waist circumference-WC), beverage through Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), food compulsion by Binge Eating Scale (BES) intake 24-hour Diet Quality Index calculation -Revised.The analyzed descriptive way SPSS version 21.0 program.To verify association categorical variables, Pearson's Chi-square tests Fisher's exact test were used values p<0.05 considered significant.Results: The composed 50 disorders, young adults (35.0±12.0years), no partner (n=34; 68%), employed (n=31; 60%) complete high school (n=29; 58%).They overweight (BMI: 31.27±9.70kg/m2) had very cardiovascular risk (WC: 91.50±20.5cm).It evident that 29 participants (38%) presented problematic associated low vegetable when compared who do not drink beverages.Conclusion: concern since they are mental health treatment this may impair their diet.The early detection people fundamental prevention rehabilitation strategies minimize consequences practice, favoring prognosis serious diseases.

Abstract Purpose Food and Alcohol Disturbance (FAD) is characterized by the combination of problematic alcohol use eating disorder symptoms to offset caloric intake associated with drinking and/or enhance intoxication. The Compensatory Eating Behaviors in Response Consumption Scale (CEBRACS) a proven tool for measuring FAD, validated English Italian populations but never French population. present study aims at validating version CEBRACS representative sample university students determine its validity reliability. Methods 2267 completed measures disorders, consumption exercise. Results An exploratory factor analysis revealed 4-factor structure: enhancement effects alcohol, dietary restraint exercise, purging vomiting extreme fasting. internal consistency these subscales ranged from good excellent. Introduction: Emotional factors are often specified as playing an important role in the context of problematic alcohol use and addiction. Aims: This study focused on examining relationship between difficulties emotion regulation, perceived personal problems, use. Methods: 374 participants from general population Slovenia Croatia (34.8% men, 65.2% women) with average age 44.28 years (range: 26 to 74 years) completed Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), Individual Problems Strengths Scale (IPS) Difficulties Emotion Regulation – Short Form (DERS-SF). Results: A higher level positively correlated regulation assessment individual problems (p ≤ .010). The present study aimed to evaluate the association between measures of psychological flexibility and emotional deregulation in university students from State Paraíba. A cross-sectional, quantitative, descriptive field was conducted, applied online, through a form generated by Google Forms. data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 21.0), with Pearson's correlational analysis, Student's t-test statistics means. instruments used AAQ-II, Emotional Regulation Difficulty Scale (DERS), sociodemographic questionnaire. sample consisted 288 participants, both genders mean age 25.4 years. results showed that presented moderate levels for Psychological Flexibility factor Regulation, moreover, strong positive correlations observed Inflexibility indicating possibility functionality such transdiagnostic mechanisms maintenance distress. group reported having psychiatric diagnosis higher scores on inflexibility emotion dysregulation.
