Objectives: The main aim of this study was to investigate the hypothesis that men with high body appreciation and healthy (normal) weight would have significantly lower levels muscle dysmorphia non-adaptive (negative) multiple dimensions attitudes, as well higher selected pro-health adaptive exercise motives, than those low excess weight. Methods: A total 374 Polish (Mage = 28.96 ± 8.52) completed following questionnaires: (a) Body Appreciation Scale-2, (b) Muscle Dysmorphic Disorder Inventory, (c) Male Attitude Scale, (d) Exercise Motivations Inventory-2. Results: By analyzing most important findings, it discovered, hypothesized, significant differences (in terms assessed scale/subscales) were found between who had (Cluster 4), 3). Cluster 4 (vs. 3) characterized follows: considering dysmorphia, these participants in score subscale appearance intolerance; they fewer scores on two subscales (body fat height); for all subscales. Conclusions: Our results show holding views line positive image is also beneficial functioning adult men.
