ABSTRACT
Safe
water
quality
is
essential
for
human
consumption.
Therefore,
this
study
aimed
to
investigate
and
health
risks,
including
the
hazard
quotient
(HQ)
index
(HI).
Samples
were
collected
from
six
sites
(S1–S6)
of
groundwater
resources,
aqueducts
(Ganats),
cisterns,
distribution
network
Gonabad
city
in
autumn
2023.
Data
(WQI)
show
that
distribution,
cisterns
(site

3),
Ganats
1),
cistern

have
good
(WQI

50),
poor
50–75),
very

drinking
purposes,
respectively.
The
results
risk
models
indicate
HQ
