We discussed and summarized the latest data from global literature on action of polyphenolic antioxidants their metal complexes. The review also includes a summary outcomes theoretical computations our many years experimental experience. employed various methods, including spectroscopy (FT-IR, FT-Raman, NMR, UV/Vis), X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, quantum calculations, biological assays (DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, cytotoxicity, genotoxicity tests). According to research, number position hydroxyl groups in aromatic rings, as well delocalization electron charge conjugated double bonds, have major impact antioxidant effectiveness studied compounds. Another important factor is complexation, whereby high ionic potential metals (e.g., Fe(III), Cr(III), Cu(II)) enhance properties by stabilizing charge, while low Ag(I), Hg(II), Pb(II)) reduce efficacy disrupting distribution. However, we observed no simple correlation between capacity. This paper gives insights that will aid identifying new, effective antioxidants, which are vital for nutrition prevention neurodegenerative illnesses. In the environmental realm, ‘fly-ash’ refers to byproduct of burning pulverized coal in thermal power stations. One India's most resource-intensive and polluting industries, coal-fired generation, contributes considerably atmospheric pollution. Public stations that use or lignite generate energy account for 77% nation's total electricity production. This sector is responsible over 65% use. study employs a multifaceted approach combining theological, exploratory, analytical, descriptive methods. It relies on secondary sources from diverse web resources analyze fly ash's ecological health impacts, explore utilization methods, discuss potential legislation prevent careless disposal. The coal-based industry has added 32 GW, 64% new massive capacity, its operations last decade, leading rise consumption. There was greater than 71% increase annual usage, 367 million tonnes 2009–10 almost 629 2018–19. increasing usage India led ash being one country's significant industrial solid wastes.
