This
study
highlights
the
important
role
of
strategic
policy
interventions
in
promoting
sustainable
economic
prosperity
and
social
equity
OECD
economies.
It
specifically
focuses
on
positive
effects
technological
development,
energy
efficiency,
renewable
electricity,
human
capital
inclusive
growth
across
35
economies
from
1990
to
2019.
We
employed
cross-sectional
augmented
distributed

ordinary

Solar
energy
has
become
crucial
in
producing

Abstract
Against
the
dual
backdrop
of
China
vigorously
promoting
high-speed
railways
(HSR)
construction
and
establishing
an
ecological
civilization
system,
HSR
as
urban
transportation
infrastructure,

from
academic

due
to
its
environmental
benefits
