This study highlights the important role of strategic policy interventions in promoting sustainable economic prosperity and social equity OECD economies. It specifically focuses on positive effects technological development, energy efficiency, renewable electricity, human capital inclusive growth across 35 economies from 1990 to 2019. We employed cross-sectional augmented distributed lag, fully modified ordinary least squares, dynamic squares analyze data. The long-run short-run estimates show that capital, consumption have growth. Based these findings, we propose government should provide funds for innovation it improves access information services, increases productivity creates new job opportunities, promotes Moreover, promote which will help cost savings, creation, improved energy, growth, environmental benefits.

Solar energy has become crucial in producing electrical because it is inexhaustible and sustainable. However, its uncertain generation causes problems power system operation. Therefore, solar irradiance forecasting significant for suitable controlling operation, organizing the transmission expansion planning, dispatching generation. Nonetheless, performance can be decreased due to unfitted prediction model lacked preprocessing. To deal with mentioned issues, this paper proposes Meta-Learning Extreme Learning Machine optimized Golden Eagle Optimization Logistic Map (MGEL-ELM) Same Datetime Interval Averaged Imputation algorithm (SAME) improving of incomplete time series datasets. Thus, proposed method not only imputing data but also achieving accuracy. The experimental result dataset Thailand indicates that achieve highest coefficient determination value up 0.9307 compared state-of-the-art models. Furthermore, consumes less than deep learning model.

Abstract Against the dual backdrop of China vigorously promoting high-speed railways (HSR) construction and establishing an ecological civilization system, HSR as urban transportation infrastructure, is currently gaining growing attention from academic community due to its environmental benefits well effects in energy conservation emission reduction. In this context, research treats initiation a quasi-natural experiment, meanwhile empirically examining effect on structure restructuring exploring micro-level channels through which it operates. The empirical results validate reduction opening fuel consumption industrial enterprises, especially usage coal. This highlight remains valid across series robustness tests. Moreover, evident that “driving effect” enterprise technological innovation capability “industrial upgrading relocation are effective transmission pathways process influencing adjustment structure. unique characteristics enterprise, industry, region introduce certain degree heterogeneity. low-energy-consumption more pronounced high-carbon industry technology-intensive firms engaged pilot cities, small medium-sized city resource-based city. paper provides new perspective adjustment, contributing offering solid experiences references for governance other emerging economies.

Artificial intelligence (AI) can significantly contribute to the implementation of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by offering innovative solutions and enhancing efficiency processes aimed at achieving these goals. There is a perceived need for studies which may look connections. Against this background, paper reports on study that investigated connections between artificial UN higher education institutions. The deployed multi-methods approach. first one was bibliometric analysis publications in topic. second method used an assessment set case studies, illustrate how being among sample universities support efforts implement SDGs survey identifying current future trends. data gathered allow some trends be identified. For instance, there wide range applications AI sustainability High Education Institutions (HEI), chosen terms campus operations greening, outreach community engagement, research, teaching learning, university management. Also, has identified successful examples deployment various contexts, illustrating what are success factors them. Moreover, fact use quite widely spread, likely increase coming years, due greater demand. Finally, also poses several challenges, such as authenticity ethics (case studies), 'lack access software/materials', information technology training myself/my colleagues' (survey). Overall, offers powerful toolset accelerate enhance SDGs. By analysing vast datasets, predicting outcomes, optimising processes, providing new insights, potential address complex challenges across sectors.
