The
growth
and
yield
of
tea
plants
are
seriously
limited
by
drought
stress.
Fatty
acid
desaturations
(FADs)
contribute
to
mediating
membrane
fluidity
in
response
different
stresses;
however,
the
role
ω-3
FAD
(Omega-3
fatty
desaturase)-mediated
damage
induced
stress
is
poorly
understood.

this
study,
significantly
promoted
synthesis
C18:3
(linolenic
acid)
expression
level
CsFAD3.
Yeast
experiments
further
demonstrated
that
CsFAD3
can
convert
C18:2
35S:GFP-CsFAD3
fusion
protein
was
localized
endoplasmic

cells.
CsFAD3-silenced
leaves
exhibited
poor
tolerance,
with
lower
Fv/Fm

MDA
(malondialdehyde)

vulnerable

heat
damage
(HD)
during
summer
growing
seasons
due
global
climate
warming.
Because
China
ranks

the
world

harvested

production,
monitoring
tracking
HD
timely
manner
has
become
significant
urgent
task
for
scientists
producers
China.
In
this
study,
spatiotemporal
characteristics
of
evolution
were
analyzed,
method
using
LST-weighted
geographical
centroids

erosion,

remote
sensing
techniques
have
been
used
better
understand
abundance,
distribution
patterns,
dynamics
as
well
ecosystems.Marine
detection
quantification
are
carried
out
using
aircraft-based
imaging
systems,
satellite
images,
unmanned
aerial
vehicles
(UAVs).The
purpose
this
study
was
create
beach
monitoring
system
or
technical
reference
small
UAV
geographic
information
(GIS),
with
test
location
at
Batu
Belig
Beach,
Badung
Regency,
Bali,
Indonesia.The
box-plot
approach
determine
reflectance
threshold
orthophoto.GIS
regions
without
based
set
values.To
verify
model,
Slovin's
Formula
collect
sample,
confusion
matrix
indicating
an
accuracy
80%.This
provides
