Assessments of farmer satisfaction can be a crucial tool for effectively implementing an appropriate ecological compensation policy. This study evaluates the effectiveness policy crop rotation in China’s black soil regions from perspective satisfaction. Specifically, utilizing improved entropy TOPSIS, logistic regression, and obstacle degree model, this empirical analyzes performance identifies barriers Heilongjiang Province. The findings indicate that gender significantly positively affects outcomes at 10% level, while age has notable influence 5% level. Integrating territorial spatial planning with the autocorrelation of cultivated land quality indices can enhance optimization farmland preservation and food security. This study combines “three lines” demarcation—basic protection line, ecological urban development boundary—with to propose an improved model for optimizing layout. We employed a four-dimensional evaluation system that includes natural index, utilization management environment economic value index. Using Liuhe District as case study, we applied optimal combination weighting method assessment conducted analysis simulate indices’ relationships at plot scale. Cultivated land is an important material carrier providing multiple supplies for production, living, and ecological benefits. As area of cultivated subject to high levels human activity during urbanization, the functional level structure suburban have been strongly impacted. In this study, we took in Nanchang City as research constructed a multi-functional indicator system context ecology, landscape culture. Using improved CRITIC-entropy weight method optimal parameter geographical detector model, examined evolution from 2012 2022 its response mechanisms urbanization. The results showed that (1) multifunctionality peri-urban shows general decreasing trend, with decline gradually increase distance central urban area. Non-grain production of cropland (NGPCL) is a common phenomenon in the process rapid urbanization order to meet diversified food demand and prosperity rural economy. However, excessive NGPCL will threaten grain production. How control moderate development achieve balance between security has become salient issue. In this study, we constructed framework measure NGPCL, revealed spatial-temporal pattern then analyzed its influencing factors from perspective human-land relationship. The results indicate that, firstly, overall degree China experienced an increase 0.44 0.51, while gap among cities was consistently enlarging, with range value increasing 0.74 0.91. Secondly, spatial high northwest southeast, low northeast central regions. southern economic developed area exhibited highest increase, Inner Mongolia, China, traditional agricultural areas decreasing trend NGPCL. Thirdly, agglomeration been intensified, Gansu-Xinjiang Desert plateau, southeast coastal belt, urban exhibiting "high-high" agglomeration, "low-low" agglomeration. Fourthly, positively correlated rate, land fragmentation, landscape diversity, price, policy, it negatively linked employment machinery level, cultivated per capita. findings research are not only deepen understanding but also great significance for policy makers propose targeted measures.
