Dissolved organic matter (DOM) acts as a chemical intermediary between terrestrial and lacustrine ecosystems significantly affects the structure function of lakes. The trophic state lakes, driven by input phytoplankton biomass, alters optical properties DOM. From November 2018 to July 2019, we collected 119 water samples from Erhai watershed analyzed them using UV–Vis EEM-PARAFAC study DOM in relation conditions. Our result indicated that tyrosine-like protein (C1), tryptophan-like (C2), humic-like compounds (C3) were among mostly autochthonous components percentage C3 was higher eutrophic lakes than mesotrophic light-eutrophic ultraviolet absorption coefficients at 254 nm (aCDOM(254)) fluorescence intensity 355 (Fn(355)) increased (p < 0.01) with an state. findings indicate influence nutrients environmental factors (such pH temperature) on varies development novel predictive models for assessment largely based significant correlations TSI aCDOM(254) (R2 = 0.762, p Fn(355) 0.705, 0.01).
