With the increasing demands of urban populations, achieving a balance between supply and demand in spatial allocation green park spaces (UGSs) is essential for effective planning improving residents’ quality life. The study UGS has become research hotspot. However, existing studies rarely simultaneously improve side, transportation methods that connect two, nor do they conduct comprehensive, multi-dimensional evaluation. Therefore, this evaluates accessibility within Hefei’s built-up areas, focusing on age-specific incorporating various travel modes, including walking, cycling, driving, public transportation. An improved two-step floating-catchment area (2SFCA) method applied to evaluate areas. This evaluation combines assessments using Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve, location entropy, local autocorrelation analysis, utilizing ArcGIS 10.8 GeoDa 2.1 platforms. Together, these enable supply–demand analysis UGSs identify areas needing improvement propose corresponding strategies. results indicate following: (1) from regional perspective, there are significant disparities center, with old city showing more imbalance than new city. Areas high low primarily concentrated city, which require future improvement; (2) terms higher-speed (such as driving) offers better equitable compared slower modes walking), highlighting critical factor influencing accessibility; (3) regarding population demand, an overall UGS, imbalances observed needs residents across different age groups. Due specific among older people children, levels two groups consistent. valuable insights balanced, efficient, sustainable development social benefits UGS.

Developing rural public culture is crucial for enhancing spiritual and cultural life, promoting growth, fostering socialist core values. Constructing this service system requires considering both internal external factors, such as environment, population, economic support, social stability. This study focuses on Heilongjiang Province the research area randomly selects 14 natural villages survey targets, collecting data from 2017 to 2021. By employing a coupled coordination degree model, services its three subsystems are analyzed. The findings reveal that development impact of during period 2017–2021 was suboptimal volatile. exhibit strong mutual influence, adjustments overall situation can be made by intervening in individual systems or indices. Moreover, coupling between stability foundation, population support subpar, indicating limited environmental perspectives services.

As a core and long-established part of urban blue–green infrastructure (BGI), public parks play significant role in the sustainable development cities. In particular, they make major contribution to maintaining healthy ecosystems providing multiple benefits that support human health quality life as kind nature-based solution (NBS). Still, planning, design, management mostly rely on official standards technical guidelines, whereas societal perspectives use ecosystem services (ES) approach (and cultural (CES) particular) remain inadequately integrated. By assessing CES offered by Gorky Park Moscow (Russia), paper aims bridge this gap investigate flow its relation park visitors’ needs. For purpose, non-participant observation, field notes, photographs were used different functional zones. investigating visitor activities factors affecting them, variety provided have been detected. aligned with original idea, was for recreation, leisure, sports, socializing. Moreover, related aesthetic, educational, heritage values also partially utilized. The attractive younger generation (the highest number visitors), visitors over 60 years old hardly represented. Notably, men more interested sports (especially, team sports), women preferred walking (alone, family, friends), relaxation, playing spending time children, picnicking, etc., which indicated certain preferences among visitors. An interdependent relationship between supply found: infrastructural components identified, greater corresponding detected at observation points, could ultimately lead overcrowding overutilization ES capacity. Given government claims integrating into planning BGI one priorities city’s environmental policies, recommendations are provided. They address recent challenges creating integrated BGI, increasing demand multifunctionality, conflicting interests groups maximize diversity delivered park.

Urban parks are vital public spaces that provide cultural ecosystem services (CESs) enhance the well-being of city dwellers. As demand for CESs has greatly increased, imbalance between CES supply and become prominent. Accurately identifying whether meets supports urban park planning management. However, supply–demand gap lies not only in quantitative resource deficits, but also spatial mismatch demand. At present, scientific quantification methods comprehensively consider both relationships remain inadequate. To fill this gap, we propose an integrated framework combines analysis to identify CESs, using Shanghai as study area. The consists three major steps: (1) mapping parks; (2) relationship by combining through bivariate with statistics; (3) categorizing into four scenarios based on quantity balance matching, corresponding proposals. results show 136 sub-districts belong space matching type, while 79 belonging imbalanced quantities including 41 mismatching type. Notably, 15 face a situation where is less than Our findings solid basis key areas conflict prioritizing targeted interventions. This approach improves efficiency provision, addresses growing high-quality rapidly urbanizing regions.

The level of coordination between cultural, ecological, and economic systems directly affects the sustainable development Yellow River Basin (YRB). However, researchers have neglected importance cultural elements in social-ecological system paid insufficient attention to interaction YRB. Therefore, a framework coupled cultural-ecological-economic (CEE) was constructed based on service-dominant logic, spatiotemporal distribution, evolutionary trends, factors influencing different 76 major cities YRB were analyzed by using an entropy-weighted TOPSIS model, spatial Markov chain, panel Dubin model. results as follows: (1) showed growing trend, grew faster than ecosystem, ecosystems dominated (2) From 2011 2022, type CEE mainly state slight incongruity, with regions showing temporal consistency synchronized growth, upstream area moderate midstream downstream concentrating general coordination. (3) coupling characteristic “gradually converging from downstream” exhibited low-value agglomeration high-value agglomeration. Meanwhile, there clear trend spillover terms balanced regional development, 67.11% region neighboring areas maintained stable development. (4) Tourism (TD), foreign trade (FT), human environment (HE), government control (GC), other significantly positively impacted In future, focus should be improving transregional infrastructure transportation service YRB, enhance cooperation exchanges regions. This research provides new insights methods for coordinated at watershed scale.
