This research aims to investigate the influence of blockchain technology (BCT) and green innovation (GIT) on sustainability through environmental, social, governance (ESG) decision-making. study incorporates moderating role global financial integration (GFI) in 148 Belt Road countries, which comprised 76 advanced 72 emerging economies from 2013 2021. used CSD second-generation unit root tests referring further models examined Sys-GMM estimation, showed robustness with 2SLS-IV instrumental FGLS methods. The findings confirm that significantly positively impact by endorsing stakeholder ICT diffusion theory overall BRI, as well countries. Furthermore, interaction terms BCT*GFI GIT*GFI show significant constructive contributions level Nonetheless, critical individual effect simultaneously indicates a mixed but noteworthy economies. Since the proposal of “Belt and Road” initiative (BRI) in 2013, China’s renewable energy investments countries along route have shown rapid growth diversification. These shifted from initial product exports engineering contracts to deeper equity financing cooperation. They not only promote a global structure transformation towards green low-carbon development but also bring significant economic social progress participating countries. This study aims systematically review research status trends through comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Utilizing Web Science database VOS viewer 1.6.17 software for visualization, this reveals publication trends, high-impact articles, institutional collaborations, author networks field. Additionally, keyword co-occurrence network analysis, three core themes are identified: investment motivations, synergy effects, consumption, international systematic analysis outlines current landscape provides important insights identifying emerging directions, thereby supporting more in-depth investigations into within initiative.

This chapter presents a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis of Waste-to-Energy (WtE) research, focusing on its integration into sustainable tourism practices. A search Scopus Web Science databases identified 179 records, which were filtered by language, relevance, quality. The reveals growing body work with 113 documents from 89 sources, showing significant international collaboration (19.47%) an average citation count 22.74. Key themes include WtE technology innovation, development, role in tourism.
