With
the
intensification
of
socioeconomic
activities
and
climate
change,
land
use
conflicts
are
becoming
more
serious,
posing
major
obstacles
to
sustainable
territorial
space.
This
study
conducted
research
on
conflict
zoning
control
with
a
view
contributing
new
ideas
for
prevention
resolution
risks.
By
analyzing

upon
fundamental
theories,

paradigm

scientific
evaluation

ecological
total
factor
productivity
cultivated
land
use
(ETFPCLU)
is
fundamental
for
advancing
sustainable
utilization

national
food
security
stability.

epsilon-based
measure
global
Malmquist–Luenberger
(EBM–GML)
index,
this
study
quantifies
decomposes
ETFPCLU
across
China.
Spatial–temporal
variations
convergence
patterns
are
systematically
investigated
via
an
analytical
toolkit
comprising
spatial
mismatch

Gini
coefficient

Chinese
increased
by
average
2.1%

year
from
2001

2022,
