Abstract Enterprises need to innovate business strategies deal with the negative effects of low‐carbon development, among which digital transformation is an important breakthrough technology. This paper discusses impact development on enterprises' transformation. Theoretical analysis shows that environmental regulations driven by have compensatory effect stimulating enterprise mitigate misallocation capital and labor, especially for enterprises higher productivity. In addition, both construction network infrastructure finance can strengthen incentives The empirical tests based Chinese A‐share listed show degree increases 0.0122 standard deviation every one reduction in regional carbon emission intensity. These results deepen understanding relationship between green microenterprise digitalization.
