In power systems, load frequency control (LFC) matters significantly to achieve stability. Dealing with the fluctuations in of a multi-area system becomes more challenging by incorporating additional energy resources. this research, is built integrating thermal systems photovoltaic (PV) cells, wind turbines, and electric vehicles (EV). The addition an vehicle "to which integrated renewable source (RES)" increases productivity but also complexity, making it problematic for LFC. Looking at stability criteria LFC, frequencies two areas (Area-1 & Area-2) tie-line are considered measurements. For tuning proposed cascaded (1+PI)-PID controller, new approach Bald Eagle Sparrow Search Optimization (BESSO) algorithm implemented strongly inspired nature.
