In evaluating industrial cyber-physical systems, there is an emerging inclination toward employing data-driven exploration techniques for the purpose of fault detecting and diagnosing typical procedural behaviors. The primary objective to identify occurrences behavior fundamental factors contributing aberrations. Multivariate statistical analysis, namely Principal Component Analysis (PCA), has con-siderable importance within realm research methodologies. This method frequently employed in context outlier detection metrics, including Hotelling $T^{2}$ statistic Squared Prediction Error (SPE), which are commonly utilized identification purposes. present work presents a novel adaptable thresholding technique that utilizes modified variant PCA with wavelet denoising. en-ables enhanced sensitivity robustness abnormalities while minimizing occurrence false alarms missed rate. this paper, methodology employs dynamic threshold undergoes adjustments accordance available data Hanoi University Science Technology ball-bearing experimental setup. findings indicated strategy exhibited significantly more efficacy identifying anomalies compared conventional technique. This research paper investigates a new distributed consensus-oriented optimization approach to minimize the fuel cost of generation facilities subject complex nonlin-ear valve-point effect. Valve-point effect occurs due sequential opening control-valves, which causes ripples in smooth quadratic function. To respond this nonlinear problem, leaderless consensus protocol is designed using modified incremental as variable along with linear parameter varying (LPV) modelling. Unlike existing techniques, proposed based on multi-agent system framework, appreciably reduces communication and computation burden. The originality of this work is introducing a novel Improved Harbor Seal Whiskers Algorithm (IHSWA) as an innovative and improved optimizer for solving complex hybrid dynamic economic-environmental dispatch (HDEED) considering uncertainty renewable energy generation (REG) various system constraints. IHSWA implemented by hybridizing opposition-based algorithm (OBA) local search (LSA) approaches to enhance the algorithm's efficiency overcome challenges other counterpart approaches. has optimal balancing feature between searching modes (exploring exploiting modes). This makes proposed algorithms more advanced than their optimizing techniques. HDEED modeled using non-convex non-smooth objective function, equality inequality constraints such ramp rate bounds (RRLs), valve-point effects (VPE), production limits (PL), spinning reserves (SRLs), prohibited operating zones (POZs), power balance (PB). approach verified on modified IEEE 57-bus 7-unit incorporating solar wind generation. compared with modern optimization techniques, traditional (HSWA), Lemurs Optimization (LOA), Nutcracker (NOA), Artificial Hummingbird (AHA). incorporation REG sources produces significant reduction in operative costs remarkable decline emissions. convergence indicates that converges rapidly towards solution, achieving best global optimum solution. ANOVA test Tukey are used analyze results statistically. shows superior features fuel cost 1640.5890 $ minimum std. value 1708.4895. While emission minimizing, attained 1080.1629 kg 1777.0770, respectively. statistical analysis approves stability, reliability, consistency strategy convergence. appreciated contribution efficiently, REG, over its holds specific importance economic development countries. In this paper, we introduce an innovative multivariable data fusion strategy for adaptive steady-state detection, specifically tailored the alumina evaporation process. This approach is designed to counteract production instabilities that often arise from frequent alterations in conditions. At core of our application denoising algorithm based on Gaussian filter, which adeptly eliminates erroneous selected variables without compromising fidelity original signal. Subsequently, implement a R-test methodology, integrated with conduct thorough and precise detection via fusion. The efficiency method rigorously validated using actual industrial processes.Our findings reveal markedly enhances stability (by 10%) process, thereby offering substantial contribution field. Moreover, versatility suggests its potential applicability wide range settings, where similar challenges prevail. study not only advances domain process control but also underscores significance strategies managing complex, variable-driven operations.
