The increase in food waste accumulation needs innovative valorization strategies that not only reduce environmental impacts but also provide functional applications. This study investigates the potential of almond hulls, an abundant agricultural by-product, as a source bioactive compounds. For first time, hull extract (AHE), was evaluated terms anti-adhesive and anti-biofilm activity against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 Escherichia coli 9637. obtained by optimized eco-friendly green technique using ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), it characterized for its main compounds high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis. Antimicrobial on planktonic cells minimum inhibitory/bactericidal concentration (MIC/MBC) 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays. Afterward, AHE bacterial sessile phase, both in-formation mature biofilm. ABSTRACT Aim To compare and evaluate the differences between EGCG phosphatidylcholine‐encapsulated in terms of their anti‐inflammatory antioxidant capacities. Methods In this study, transdermal absorption experiments were conducted to capacity EGCG. Results The concentration EGCG, encapsulated phosphatidylcholine, porcine skin is 40.76 ± 1.29 μg/cm 2 , which significantly higher than alone (31.62 2.01 ).
