Urban
waterlogging
is
a
serious
urban
disaster,
which
brings
huge
losses
to
the
social
economy
and
environment
of
city.
As
an
important
means
rainfall
inundation
analysis,
numerical
simulation
plays
role
in
promoting
risk
assessment
waterlogging.
Scientific
accurate
disaster
scientific
significance
for
formulation
prevention
mitigation
measures
guidance
post-disaster
recovery
reconstruction.
In
this
study,
SCS-CN
hydrological
model
GIS
coupling
method
were
used
simulate
under
four
different
return
periods
realize
visualization
range
depth
Zhengzhou.
At
same
time,
based
on
results,
building
as
basic
unit
construct
refined
framework
at
street
community
level
hazard,
exposure,
vulnerability
analysis.
The
results
have
reference
value
optimizing
working
ideas
control
providing
local
management
departments
effectively
deal
with
disasters.

Production-living-ecological
function
(PLEF)
represent
the
core
dimensions
of
rural
systems.
However,
systematic
studies
on
PLEF
in
mountainous
counties
along
China’s
southeastern
coast
remain
insufficient.
Additionally,
dominant
factors
influencing
functional
evolution
require
deeper
investigation,
as
these
insights
are
crucial
for
regional
sustainable
development.
This
study
focuses
areas
Zhejiang
Province,
a
leading
region
revitalization.
A
evaluation
index
system
was
established.
Using
comprehensive
methods,
exploratory
spatial
data
analysis
(ESDA),
and
geographical
detector
(GeoDetector)
models,
we
measured
development
Province
from
2005
to
2020.
Spatio-temporal
autocorrelation
analyses
were
conducted,
followed
by
identification
factors.
The
results
show
that:
(1)
average
increased
0.88
1.56
2020,
with
growth
contributions
ranked
as:
living
(LF)
>
ecological
(EF)
production
(PF);
(2)
developmental
stages
PF,
LF
EF
transitioned
“low-low-medium”
pattern
“medium-medium-high”
configuration;
(3)
exhibited
agglomeration
characteristics;
however,
weakened
dependency
decreased
during
period;
(4)
Dominant
shifted
across
subsystems:
PF
agricultural
functions
non-agricultural
functions;
life
support
social
welfare
remained
primarily
driven
provisioning
functions.
These
findings
offer
theoretical
foundations
coordinating
enhancing
sustainability.

With
the
acceleration
in
urbanization,
surface
hardening
has
increased,
urban
flooding
and
soil
erosion
problems
are
frequent,
water
resource
management
faces
great
challenges.
Sponge
city
construction
can
effectively
alleviate
these
by
simulating
natural
cycle
constructing
blue–green
infrastructure.
In
this
study,
analytic
hierarchy
process
(AHP)
ArcGIS
weighted
overlay
tool
were
used
to
construct
a
framework
for
assessing
suitability
of
sponge
Suzhou
from
three
dimensions
Geo-Smart
spatial
productive
forces,
Eco-Dynamic
green
Resilio-Tech
responsive
forces.
A
zoning
strategy
based
on
new
quality
forces
is
also
proposed.
The
results
show
that
be
divided
into
types
zones
according
level:
key
zones,
secondary
general
zones.

mainly
covering
built-up
areas

Gusu
District,
Xiangcheng,
Industrial
