A possible way to solve the problem of energy saving in construction is introduce energy-efficient buildings at design stage and, particular, during retrofit. Therefore, purpose this study conduct a theoretical analysis thermal resistance and loads on building cold climatic conditions. The these values was carried out ANSYS software package Maple computer algebra system, respectively. This examines four types structures: existing facade constructed 1966, traditional ventilated facade, two designs featuring alternating insulation layers with enclosed air channels or without heat-reflecting screens layer. results show that new incorporating layer 1.15 times more terms than proposed such screens. effectiveness also confirmed through an protection building, where auxiliary indicators, specific characteristics, complex efficiency load greater efficiencies 1.6, 1.03, 1.05 times, respectively, compared other studied structures. comprehensive research presented indicate use wall structures for retrofit external enclosures can significantly improve performance buildings. It determined enhance building’s overall rating. findings highlight solutions contribute significant savings buildings, while newly developed serve as valuable additions catalog designs.

In the digital economy era, increasing government’s adoption and attention to technology is not only conducive accelerating improvement of governance capacity, but also an important measure achieve green economic development. This paper uses text analysis government at city level, then panel data econometric models estimate impact on carbon emissions reduction. The findings reveal that can significantly reduce dioxide by improving low-carbon governance, strengthening public’s attention, encouraging enterprises’ transformation. Further, mainly reduces from direct energy consumption, transportation electricity product. reduction effect affected degree marketization, high marketization helps reinforce effect. The construction of residential buildings and structures is a complex process in which the economic component plays key role. It essential to maintain balance between saving materials costs additional engineering solutions while ensuring functionality comfort building’s operation. To achieve this goal, researchers initially analyze impact climatic environment spatial planning solutions—i.e., building shapes—that directly affect compactness ratio when evaluating efficiency designed building. In regard, objective study was shapes orientations Republic Kazakhstan across eight territorial units located I, III, IV zones latitudes 42°18′ 52°16′ N. identified most favorable for each zone: meridional orientation preferable I III zones, latitudinal optimal zone. Four shapes—square, rectangular, cylindrical, triangular—were analyzed based on floor area 1000 m2 volume 3000 m3 during coldest five-day period hottest month. According specific thermal characteristic values, it found that cylindrical 1.1, 1.37, 1.27 times more efficient than square, triangular buildings, respectively. Additionally, determined different heights, ranging from 8 16 floors increments four floors. results showed under these conditions, increases by an average 1.3 due increase external walls. However, if initial condition changed account solely area, decreases up 2.3 times. conducted research shows solving problem energy building, taking into orientations, necessary carry out full assessment specified parameter depending expected results, requires comprehensive analysis energy-efficient buildings.
