Soil erosion has caused the loss of black soil and exposed parent material in cultivated layer sloping farmland Northeast China. Straw return (STR) manure fertilization (MF) are critical measures to improve quality crop yield. However, effect STR MF on properties remains unclear. We conducted a 1-year pot experiment field using degraded evaluate effects nutrients, microbial community, soybean analyzed these two treatments (STR MF) three growth stages (seedling, flowering, maturity) control group (CK). The treatment had higher α β diversity than CK during all stages. Similarly, at maturity stage lower seedling stage.
