This chapter explores the anticancer potential of traditional Thai plants, which, despite being underresearched, show significant promise. It focuses on bioactive compounds and their efficacy against various cancer types. Organophosphorus compounds, characterized by the incorporation of phosphorus into organic molecules, play a critical role in various fields such as medicine, agriculture, and industry. Their unique electronic properties versatility make them essential developing therapeutic agents, pesticides, materials. One prominent class organophosphorus compounds is heterocycles, which combine benefits both cyclic structures. Triazoles, nitrogen-containing heterocyclic are particularly notable for their broad biological activities, including anticancer, antiviral, antibacterial, antioxidant effects. This work focuses on the synthesis of a new series amphiphilic derivatives calix[4]arenes for copper(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction. The aggregation properties synthesized were studied using various techniques (fluorescence spectroscopy, nanoparticle tracking analysis, and dynamic light scattering). Increasing length alkyl substituent led to stronger hydrophobic interactions, which increased polydispersity in solution. zwitterionic nature was established different types dyes (Eosin Y anionic structures Rhodamine 6G cationic structures). used as organic stabilizers CuI. catalytic efficiency CuI-calix[4]arene compared with that phase transfer catalyst tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). For all calixarenes, selectivity CuAAC reaction higher than observed when TBAB SDS estimated.
