Protein hydrolysates and peptides in fermented dairy products exhibit antioxidant activities. This study aimed to evaluate the properties of casein whey protein derived from three lactic acid bacteria. The assessment involved observation Reactive oxygen species (ROS), Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), cell morphology chromatin H2O2 induced HepG2 model. Casein hydrolyzed by Lactobacillus reuteri exhibited higher activity. ROS content decreased 44.7 %, while SOD CAT activities increased 48 % 194 respectively. Diverse liver diseases are characterised by late diagnosis and rapid progression have become one of the major threats to human health. Heat stress is a critical challenge in the poultry industry. It arises when birds are exposed to elevated ambient temperatures beyond their thermoneutral zone, often exacerbated by high humidity and inadequate ventilation. This condition disrupts birds' ability maintain thermal homeostasis, leading physiological behavioral changes such as increased panting, reduced feed intake, water consumption.
