Abstract TADDOL5 possesses the ability to form complexes with heterocyclic guest species DIO, PYR, PIP and MOR, 1:1 (PYR, PIP, MOR) 2:1 (DIO) H:G inclusion compounds were isolated after host crystallization experiments from these solvents. Guest competition revealed that MOR preferred by TADDOL5, while PYR DIO less favoured; selectivity of this compound for guests was thus demonstrated be in order > DIO. SCXRD analyses explained preferential order: experienced shorter more linear (host)O‒H···N(guest) hydrogen bond followed PYR. also retained crystal complex means a (host)O‒H···O(guest) type. Hirshfeld surface investigations did not provide further understanding behaviour when crystallized mixed guests, but relative thermal stability formed most stable least favoured, characterised lowest stability. The well-established calcineurin inhibitor, tacrolimus, as an immunosuppressive agent, is widely prescribed after organ transplantation. Cytochrome P450 (CYP 450) isoforms are responsible for the metabolism of many features associated with food parameters like phytochemicals, juices, and fruits. This review article summarizes findings previous studies to help predict efficacy or side effects tacrolimus in presence variables. From commencement databases topic interest 26 October 2024, all relevant articles were searched through PubMed, Scopus, Web Science. suggested therapeutic range trough concentration (C<sub>0</sub> ) was reported 5-15 ng/ml blood. Tacrolimus interaction variables could significantly change C<sub>0</sub> For example, grapefruit juice increase due CYP enzyme inhibition. Toxicity such nephrotoxicity result from turmeric other herbal products. By inhibiting tacrolimus-metabolizing enzymes transporters, a high intake vegetables risk adverse effects. Secondary metabolites lead toxicity patients tacrolimus. Furthermore, juice, citrus fruits, turmeric, pomegranate clinical pharmacokinetics T<sub>max</sub>, C<sub>max</sub>, AUC, Bioavailability might be decreased by induction CYP450 system P-gp efflux pump cranberry, rooibos tea, boldo. Increased inhibitory effect on and/or schisandra, berberine, pomelo, ginger bioavailability A vigilant strategy accompanied scheduled drug monitoring recommended before transplant surgery.

Abstract Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) taken from postconsumer commercial water bottles was subjected to acid hydrolysis with HNO₃ recover terephthalic (H₂TPA). The H₂TPA submitted mono-nitration HNO₃/H2SO4 produce 2-nitro-terephthalic (NO₂-H₂TPA) in good yield. Both compounds were well characterized by NMR (¹H; ¹³C; ¹H-¹³C HSQC). These two molecules used as ligands for the syntheses of new cobalt-based Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs) via solvothermal methodology, dimethylformamide (DMF) or dimethylacetamide (DMA). MOFs Co-TPA-DMA (1) and Co-(NO₂-TPA)-DMF (2) obtained single crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD), powder (PXRD) scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS).
