A new complex of copper(II) with methyl-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazol-3-yl-ketazine (H2L) was synthesized the composition [Cu2L2]∙C2H5OH (1). Recrystallization sample from DMSO yielded a single crystal [Cu2L2((CH3)2SO)] (2). The coordination compounds were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and static magnetic susceptibility method. data obtained indicate that polydentate ligand is coordinated both acyclic nitrogen heterocyclic atoms. cytotoxic activity 1 investigated on human cell lines MCF7 (breast adenocarcinoma), Hep2 (laryngeal carcinoma), A549 (lung HepG2 (hepatocellular MRC5 (non-tumor lung fibroblasts). shown to have pronounced dose-dependent cytotoxicity towards these LC50 values in range 0.18–4.03 μM.

1-Substituted 5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid and its derivatives play an important role as components of many biologically active molecules. This study describes the synthesis 1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic their anticancer properties. The target compounds were prepared using 2,4-difluoroniline a starting material; in this way, benzimidazoles, hydrazones azoles formed. Investigation activity all synthesized showed that had strongest effect on cancer cell lines. Compounds tested for cytotoxic by MTT assay human triple-negative breast MDA-MB-231, prostate adenocarcinoma PPC1, melanoma A375 foreskin fibroblasts CRL-4001 after 72 hours incubation. impact migration was assessed 'wound healing assay'. Activity 3D cultures determined evaluating changes spheroid size assessing viability. Overall, selected 7b, 9c, 9e, 9f 10 exhibited greater line less against MDA-MB-231 line. 9e relatively higher selectivity cells over fibroblasts. Hydrazone 9f, bearing N'-(4-methylbenzylidene) moiety, identifiedasthe most compound both PPC-1 monolayer culture models. Compound with N'-(4-bromobenzylidene) pronounced inhibitory healing' assay.
