Objectives
Mesothelioma
is
an
aggressive
cancer
predominantly
affecting
the
lung
and
abdominal
linings.
It
can
have
a
unique
impact
on
mental
health
well-being
(MHWB)
due
to
its
incurability,
poor
prognosis
asbestos-exposure
causation.

stress,

influenced
causation,
communication
issues

relational
interactions.

Despite
advances,
malignant
pleural
mesothelioma
(MPM)
remains
a
challenging
disease
in
terms
of
diagnosis,
treatment,
and
overall
management.
Herein,
we
analyzed,
large-scale
single-center
cohort,
the
characteristics
perioperative
course
patients
undergoing
surgical
diagnosis
MPM.
We
identified
total
514
consecutive
patients,
71.4%
male
28.6%
female,
with
mean
age
