pharmacological
treatments

prompting
need
to
explore
new
potential
targets

analgesic
effects
in
patients
with
nociplastic
pain.

toll-like
receptors
(TLRs),
known
their
role
immune
response
infections,
represent
promising
opportunities
intervention
because
they
play
relevant
both
development
and
maintenance
Although
TLRs
have
been
extensively
studied
neuropathic
inflammatory

contributions

less
clear,
demanding
further
investigation.
