Background
Anxiety
disorders
(AD),
ADHD,
and
head
neck
cancer
(HNC)
are
complex
conditions
with
potential
genetic
interconnections
that
remain
to
be
fully
elucidated.
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
investigate
gene-level
connections
among
AD,
HNC.
Method
A
comprehensive
literature
mining
approach
identified
gene-disease
relationships
from
PubMed
bioinformatics
databases,
analyzing
19,924
genes.
An
AI-driven
computational
process
constructed
a
relationship
table
using
the
Adjusted
Binomial
Algorithm
(ABMA)
evaluate
association
reliability.
Overlapping
genes
were
analyzed
through
protein-protein
interaction
(PPI)
networks,
functional
annotations,
literature-based
pathway
analyses
elucidate
shared
unique
mechanisms
linking
these
diseases.
Results
analysis
141
significant
associated

These
demonstrated
overlap
