Tamarix articulate from the Tamaricaece family is a halophytic plant. This plant commonly called Athal or in different Arabic and Asian countries. The an anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory. By doing so, it was found that Riddelline ranked best binding molecule macromolecules selected herein particular bacterial energy value compound KdsA enzyme -14.64 kcal/mol, KdsB (-13.09 kcal/mol), MurC (-13.67 MurD (-13.54 MurF (-14.20 Polo-like kinase 1 (Plk1) (-12.34 Bcl-2 protein (-13.39 SARS-CoV-2 main protease (-12.67 Human cell leukemia virus kcal/mol). mean Rg KdsA-Riddelline complex KdsA-FPE 32.67 Å, average RMSD 2.31 respectively. complexes be dominated by van der Waals (-71.98 kcal/mol -65.09 complex). lead also unveiled show favorable druglike properties pharmacokinetics. Together, data suggest good anti-bacterial activities phytochemicals thus can subjected experimental vitro vivo investigations.
