This study aims to investigate the coupling and harmonization between land ecological security (LES) high-quality agricultural development (HAD) in Han River Basin (HRB), China, with objective of promoting harmonious coexistence agriculture ecosystems. Using 17 cities HRB as research objects, an evaluation index system two systems, LES HAD, was constructed, analyzed, evaluated via projective tracer modeling for multiple intelligent genetic algorithms (MIGA-PTM). The degree coordination (DCC) used quantitatively evaluate status obstacle model (OM) identify main influencing factors, gray predictive first-order univariate (GM (1, 1)) predict DCC HAD from 2025 2040. results show following: (1) levels tended increase during period, there a large gap cities; (2) spatial distributions DCCs were uneven, high values southern low central northern parts, overall fluctuate. showed fluctuating upward trend; (3) obstacles, per capita water resources, greening coverage, rate return on financial expenditure are factors; (4) prediction GM 1) indicate that will be close reaching intermediate stage 2035. offers critical insights into sustainable practices facilitate alignment growth preservation.

Urban flooding is an important natural hazard that affects urban security in the context of global climate change and urbanization. The simulation stormwater inundation risk assessment environments critical for sustainable development agglomerations. However, few studies have focused on rainstorm at agglomeration scale. In this study, Central Southern Liaoning Agglomeration (CSLN) was selected a case study. A method proposed to assess potential exposure risk. CSLN characterized by average depth (AFD) each sub-catchment, indicated regional population results illustrate AFD increased with increase rainfall return period, especially core. city ranged from 10 80 mm, there were strong differences among cities. spatial distribution nine cities presented aggregation characteristics, hotspots mainly concentrated old districts. tended as period 100 years; however, significant Among them, area Shenyang largest, increasing 365 km2 under 10-year 463 100-year period. largest proportion Anshan, which 3% 13.8% periods. Most had some More residents populous cities, such Dalian, subject higher risks. Benxi, Tieling high severely affected areas, although size their much smaller than Dalian. apparently business government zones industrial greenspace zones. These methods may provide references mitigation through planning areas.

ABSTRACT The mismatch between water supply and demand challenges sustainable human–environment development. Understanding future supply–demand dynamics underlying mechanisms is crucial for resource sustainability. This study presents a framework analyzing their driving under land use/land cover (LULC) changes in China's Han River (HR) Basin using PLUS, InVEST, geographic detector models. Results show precipitation increased slowly (0.64) from 2000 to 2020, while potential evapotranspiration slightly decreased (−0.02). By 2030, the scenarios of natural increase scenario (NIS), economic development (EDS), ecological protection (EPS), significant are projected forest, cropland, construction land. impact LULC on concentrated 0.17 0.45%, its effect significant, approximately 10%. security index (WSI) HR gradually declined 0.118 0.078. Particularly EPS scenario, WSI improves (0.103). In future, will increasingly influence yield conjunction with other factors, but excessive dampen factors yield. enhances understanding balance evolution, enabling conservation coordination.

Abstract Soil moisture content is a crucial factor in hydrological studies as it helps to determine the rainfall and runoff response catchment. Land use, particularly cropping, can have significant effect on soil content. Hilly topography with karst features more prone flooding erosion due its low water holding capacity. Remote sensing technology has recently been applied agriculture disaster management. The aim of this research identify characteristics formations for estimation using remotely sensed imagery from Sentinel-1. calculated Topp model equation based dielectric value obtained Dubois model. By different types land use data Sentinel-1, CN values be generated then used estimate runoff. results study show that extracting information Sentinel-1A VV polarisation areas still challenging high bias. Sentinel-1 satellite products could provide real-time integrated This highlights importance monitoring flood mitigation.

Abstract The city of Bni drar in the NE Morocco experienced frequent and regular share flood events, especially at its main road where it’s commonly submerged by floodwaters during these events. Because crucial significance role transportation infrastructure region, this study aims to analyze evaluate hazard Drar, with a specific focus on impact national N2 as it crosses Sefrou wadi. Rainfall-runoff transformation was conducted using HEC-HMS model, resulting flow hydrographs for 10, 20, 50, 100 years return period. These constituted an input IBER hydrodynamic enabling simulation depth velocity period years. Flood categorized taking into account both velocity. maximum water area is 2.7 meters Regarding velocity, value 2 per second. acquired maps possess capability bolster risk management within research region furnishing geospatial decision support instrument empower local authorities. This enables prompt execution preventive measures against risks fortifies resilience territory.
