The purpose of this study is to assess long-term trends in Chl-a and SST major fishing zones associated with fish production over an 18-year period (2002–2019) the Gulf Suez, Aqaba, Red Sea proper. found that seasonal mean values differed significantly (P < 0.01) when compared across seasons. (mg/m3) exhibited variation between winter summer = 0.01). Regarding regional variability, differed three regions ≤ 0.01), while showed no significant difference Aqaba Sea, otherwise, chlorophyll gulfs Suez current total catch varied seasonally studied from 2010 2015. Seasonal (2010–2015) annual time series analyses variance indicated zonal trends. On other hand, a gradual decline 2002 2015, followed by increased trend until 2019.

Geographically dissimilar aquatic ecosystems from similar origin promote our comprehensive understanding of the role abiotic factors in distribution biodiversity one extreme, and they provide outstanding examples convergent evolution biological diversity on other extreme. A new approach to monitoring management fisheries marine is required. Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentration are both crucial environmental variables that have significant impacts ecosystems, particularly for fishes overall life. These play important roles shaping health, distribution, behavior, productivity organisms. In current study, Modis-aqua daily SST Chl-a derived data 2002 2022 were loaded into MATLAB, analyzed, compared between Arabian Gulf Red (Egyptian territory). Additionally, catch family Lutjanidae (snapper fish) was recorded determine napper fish species compare production (based available 2022) relation variabilities. According showed narrow fluctuations during winter spring months, but higher than Sea, had a increase sea surface temperature throughout summer Sea. Spatial temporal interaction means significantly different (P < 0.01). On hand, results thermal stresses experienced by as shown total positive anomaly events occurring trends. Both lutjanid snappers identified DNA barcoding varied two geographical regions. The work suggests using large-scale, fisheries-independent map main gradients community abundance forecast their future connection climate change.

Biodiversity in the Mediterranean Sea has not yet been fully explored. There very little research on molluscs along Libyan coast. An individual of chromodoridid nudibranch Felimare picta (Philippi, 1836) was encountered during scuba diving at Lido resort near Tobruk baybasin. The sample carefully transported to lab seawater, photographed, and identified. current study revealed that recorded for first time Despite being rather common many regions, records it southern coasts are extremely rare or absent. It may be concluded this represents only southernmost record but also species Libya.
