In this era of change growth, leaders have the greatest impact on success long-term viability all organizations institutions, as well formation maintenance organizational culture (Robbins & Judge, 2012). Furthermore, same holds true for educational institutions. Therefore, study is interested in identifying effect leadership styles employee performance, focusing mediating role soft skills moderating unfairness. A quantitative method was adopted, data 184 teachers collected by a higher institute. The has used cross-sectional research design using convenience sampling technique. SMART PLS version 22 analysis reveals that transactional transformational significant positive relationship with performance via skills. Purpose Based on conservation of resources (COR) theory, this study aims to examine the impact daily illegitimate tasks employees' silence and voice behavior, as well mediating role ego depletion moderating trait mindfulness. Design/methodology/approach Through diary approach, 81 employees were followed for 10 consecutive workdays. Multilevel analysis was employed hypothesized relationships. Purpose This study aims to examine the interaction among sustainability perceptions, customer experience and consumers’ behavioral outcomes, showing companies an intersection where it is possible maintain both corporate achieve successful management. Design/methodology/approach A structural equation model was employed, using survey data collected from 375 participants test corresponding hypotheses. stimulus-organism-response (SOR) incorporated as theoretical framework. Findings In this study, a stimulus conceptualized internal, i.e. self-identity consciousness external, image reputation. Customer modeled multifaced factor, consisting of emotional, cognitive, sensory, social dimensions. The findings show that sustainability-related internal external stimuli improve overall experience, which in turn leads higher purchase intention, satisfaction loyalty. This research explores the impact of task ambiguity on organizational progress, particularly in context mental health organizations experiencing uncertainty flow and lacking effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) leadership coordination. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data was gathered through interviews with organization members analysis internal documents from 20 randomly selected organizations. The findings indicate that ABC Organization significantly affects member productivity satisfaction, caused by unclear ineffective SOPs inconsistent coordination leading to decreased motivation, increased stress, reduced work quality among members. This research investigates how employees’ experience of role ambiguity may dampen their change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), a harmful process that might be buffered by access to relevant resources, stemming from work (work passion), coworkers (peer harmony), or employing organization (affective commitment). If the hardships induced unclear job descriptions can subdued these complementary, energy-enhancing it becomes less likely employees respond resource-draining conditions halting extra-role activities. Survey data collected in large transportation company offer empirical support for mitigating effects. As primary conclusion, this study reveals organizations cannot eliminate completely still guarantee certain degree OCB, nurturing various resources generate positive emotional energy among employees.
