This research develops the energy planning phase in general administration of a tertiary sector company based on Cuban standard NC ISO 50 001: 2018. Pareto charts for sources, and control consumption production were created, an baseline was proposed, performance indicator calculated. General consumes about 40.7% company's total energy, which is key factor efficient management company. From count installed loads, it estimated that second floor enterprise accounts 53% power. The presented considering variables degree days air-conditioned with correlation level 83%. Based baseline, critical calculated to be 1.50 ${\mathrm{kWh}}/{\mathrm{m}}^{2}$ air-conditioned. Finally, saving option proposed replacement fluorescent lamps LED tubes, resulting 1,640.44 kWh/year economic 3,510.6 ${\$}$/year. proposal solar photovoltaic system had net present value ${\$}$651,344.87 after 25 years, payback period 6 internal rate return 12%, investment costs.

Learning Commons is being actively implemented in the design of university buildings to encourage diverse learning. Because usage patterns are different from those regular classrooms, this trend also has a significant impact on energy use trends buildings. To identify trend, one-year monitoring was conducted building with large built 2022. adjusted primary consumption 599 MJ/m2year. This 55% reduction compared baseline, achieving ZEB Ready Japan's definition. analyze students' expectations and impressions building, an environmental satisfaction survey as well. From questionnaire survey, more than 90% students were satisfied overall environment, confirming building. It found that space environment based size fixtures workspace productivity related study efficiency, well satisfaction.

The paper deals with the application of microalgae in building's façade, regard to broader project comprising aspects environmental comfort academic spaces and energy consumption on-grid photovoltaic generation, as well investigation alternatives for improvement performance building envelopes. Thus, its main objective is interdisciplinary concepts involving Architecture Biotechnology, known by Black Ecologies, referring an investigative interest explore a new approach nature, not only related architectural space, but emergent focus. This relationship performed using photobioreactors microalgae, installed on façades buildings educational use. present work presents methodological outline research, based literature review case studies; complementary experimental methodologies are also presented contextualize subject feasibility. current state art showed terms international level, Brazilian context any further research was identified yet. In addition thermal performance, strategies will allow process sequestration carbon dioxide other GHG (greenhouse gases) that impacts climate change can contribute reach sustainable development. coincides discussions 2050 scenarios emission reduction, which were faced at recent COP-27 connections integrative way United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
