As an important part of power transmission and conversion, it is great significance to establish a scientific comprehensive evaluation system for substations. However, the current research on substation focuses economy energy efficiency, ignoring carbon emission environmental impact substation, which leads inadequate substation. For this reason, model containing economic, energy-efficiency, safety, environmental, low-carbon indicators established by adopting concept life cycle, using hierarchical analysis determine weights indicators, introducing ideal-solution approximation ranking method analyze actual substations, providing scoring performance.
