In the construction of prefabricated buildings, safety issues occur frequently, posing challenges to project progress and personnel safety. As a new trend in industry, complexity environment demands an update traditional management concepts. This study introduces concept resilience analyze develops WSR-4Rs framework for systematic evaluation The first combines WSR (Wuli-Shili-Renli) methodology with 4R theory construct index system Then, it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) entropy weight method determine combined weights each index, establishing balanced objective weighting scheme. A fuzzy comprehensive model is then applied assess actual cases. Finally, obstacle degree introduced identify key indicator factors that significantly impact safety, specific improvement measures are proposed based on these findings. aim provide practical references guidance enhancing level construction.

The ISO 50001 energy management system has been implemented by many organizations around the world, including in Indonesia. purpose of this application is to sustainably improve performance reduce consumption and costs. The energy consumption of residential buildings plays a crucial role in overall and environmental sustainability.
