A comprehensive evaluation system for rural building energy consumption from an innovative composite perspective was established, suitable southwest of China. The index established by brainstorming and the Delphi method, weights model were calculated analytic network process (ANP) scoring criteria all indexes levelled based on fuzzy theory. verified case analysis, in countryside around Chengdu Second Circle. Taking into account highest weight, lowest score, widest range scores, three key factors identified, namely percentage clean use, thermal performance exterior walls, implementation rate energy-saving measures. distribution indicators had certain spatial characteristics, overall characteristically high southeast low northwest. Finally, regional measures are proposed aspects: increasing sunrooms, adding wall insulation layers, standardizing air conditioning temperature settings.
