Under the Positive Energy Districts framework, cities authorities must be informed of energy demand districts to design tailor-made policies and strategies promote deployment efficiency, sharing transition actions. However, diverse data sources long procedures collect because privacy permissions may result in a slow-down development these roadmaps. To overcome challenges, this paper is outcome methodology developed under UP2030 Project designed estimate profile consumptions within urban areas contribute stakeholders involved decision making processes inform them about savings potential related with use geographically delimitated areas. The was validated CIRCE’s headquarters, where yearly estimation consumption 98% real consumed. main finding study obtaining model that can usage for occupants’ comfort minimal required from citizens’ side, which will allow consider global estimations at district level fast reliable way timely manner as by efficiency standards proposed European Union.
