The escalating global demand for energy and growing environmental concerns have stimulated the development of renewable energy-based power systems. In this context, solar has gained significant attention, notably in form floating photovoltaic These systems, installed on water bodies, not only boost efficiency but also reduce evaporation from reservoirs. This research explores generation capabilities systems comparison to ground-mounted considering a 250-watt monocrystalline panel. study utilizes typical meteorological year data comprehensively analyze four distinct locations India. By using single-diode model, finds that provide 6–7 % more output than gain is because panels operate at lower temperature (4–6 °C) their counterparts, positively influencing overall performance. In the current context of scarcity fossil energy and large-scale development utilization new sources, power system is developing in direction multi-source synergy interconnection. Demand response technology storage have become important adjustment means integrated because their efficient coordination ability flexible ability. However, where multiple systems operate cooperatively, there are still some limitations time capacity scales. Therefore, order to enhance demand-side capability multi-energy give full play function stations, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model for multi-area that considers joint demand shared storage. First, coupling matrix constructed based on hubs, modeling framework established. Second, multi-objective optimization problem solved using NSGA-II algorithm solution with objectives minimizing total operating cost maximizing net environmental impact. Finally, simulation analysis carried out. The results show addition can guide sources each region space, realize complementarity mutual assistance multi-regional systems. Compared traditional scheme, operation scheme reduced by 4.2 %, protection improved 41.9 which proves feasibility proposed paper.

Photovoltaic (PV) technologies have evolved over time for higher efficiency, with the adoption of larger wafers, passivated emitter and rear cells (PERC), bifacial panels. We undertook a LCA utility-scale solar plant Aotearoa New Zealand using monocrystalline silicon PERC panels, establishing carbon, materials energy footprint associated stages farm its components.
