The integration of large-scale intermittent renewable energy generation into the power grid imposes challenges to secure and economic operation system, storage (ES) can effectively mitigate this problem as a flexible resource. However, conventional ES allocation is mostly planned meet regulation demands individual entities, which likely result in low utilization difficult recover investment cost. Therefore, two-stage stochastic optimal model for grid-side independent (IES) considering participating multi-market trading, such peak-valley arbitrage, frequency regulation, leasing, proposed paper improve comprehensive benefits rate ES. first stage aims allocate IES develop systematic scheduling plan based on forecast wind output load demand, while second responds uncertainty by re-dispatching generating units invoking leased farms. Then, two-layer loop iterative solution algorithm Benders decomposition formed solve model. Finally, approach developed applied modified IEEE RTS-79 test results verify that it both feasible effective.
