In the future, China’s demand for centralized industrial development in remote areas will gradually increase, but operation evaluation analysis of off-grid systems applicable to such has not yet matured, and it is an urgent challenge improve mechanism then conduct a comprehensive benefit systems. First all, this paper focuses on problem that existing dimensions multi-energy complementary are refined enough, takes into account their high safety reliability requirements, as well potential impacts local industries people’s lives after completion, constructs more complete indicator system Secondly, subjective objective weighting method based combination AHP (analytic hierarchy process) AEM (anti-entropy method) used assign weights indicators. Finally, TOPSIS (Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution) method, under different schemes conducted, example results show size relative closeness maximum difference 0.5592, which verifies proposed multilevel can comprehensively evaluate analyze strengths weaknesses schemes, provide theoretical guidance decision-making support further promotion construction
