Film cooling can continuously cover a layer of low-temperature gas film on the surface hot-end components, thereby achieving effect isolating high-temperature gas, and achieve temperature drop 600 K. As an advanced efficient technique, plays crucial role in process turbine power efficiency increase, with key factor influencing its performance being configuration arrangement holes. This paper summarizes design hole configurations discusses potential directions for enhancing performance. Through analysis, optimization is mainly approached from two aspects: first, optimizing configuration, which includes study shaped holes, cylindrical holes using auxiliary structures, forming “reverse kidney-shaped vortex” structure by single combined hole; second, to more uniform distribution film.
