The rising energy demands of data centers combined with increasing sustainability requirements require the integration green solutions. This study identifies and analyzes Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that affect effective adoption in centers, addressing both technical organizational challenges. Through a systematic literature review expert validation, eleven key CSFs were identified, encompassing aspects such as efficiency, renewable integration, carbon neutrality strategies, regulatory compliance, investment strategies. employs Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) methodology to explore interdependencies among these factors, mapping causal relationships within CSF network. findings indicate governance culture, along strategy, are most influential CSFs, driving effectiveness transition efforts. Carbon strategies serve crucial mediating factor, linking financial commitment operational outcomes. Additionally, compliance act structural mediators, ensuring governance-led initiatives result practical, measurable impacts. These insights provide strategic roadmap for center operators, policymakers, industry stakeholders prioritize interventions promote resilient sustainable transition. By clarifying cause-and-effect dynamics framework, this contributes development more policies aimed at reducing footprint enhancing their long-term sustainability.
