Introduction and purpose: Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common endocrinopathy in women, with a prevalence ranging from 10% to 13%. Oxidative stress decreased antioxidant levels contribute development of various diseases, one them polycystic syndrome. The aim this review provide an overview current knowledge about effects administration PCOS treatment. A brief description state knowledge: imbalance between increased reactive oxygen species efficiency mechanisms, which can potentially cause damage. harmful free radicals might be neutralized by antioxidants obtained diet, such as polyphenols, vitamins C, E.
