Abstract Inclusive green growth, which considers inclusive growth and is a sustainable development model that aims to pursue the comprehensive harmonious of humans, economy, society, environment. Against backdrop pandemic as well sluggish economic development, global economy endowed with driving mission may affect growth. This research primarily discusses influence digital agglomeration on its transmission mechanism in China. Specifically, slacks‐based measure directional distance functions (SBM‐DDF) was integrated Malmquist–Luenberger index (GML) calculate at city level for 282 cities China during 2004–2019. A measurement system constructed, degree each region further measured through geographic concentration. Based these analyses, this points out exerts positive The analysis indicates influenced by energy consumption, environmental pollution, human capital, industrial structure, technological progress. Moreover, taking “Broadband China” pilot policy starting point, spatial difference‐in‐differences (SDID) used analyze effect. results suggest conducive enhancing local while it inhibits neighboring cities.

Under the network public opinion ecology in Omni-media Era, corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance can provide important internal and external environmental support for improving development quality. Based on data of Chinese listed companies from 2010 to 2019, this paper evaluates impact mechanism CSR high-quality development. The results show that significantly promotes improvement corporates' remain robust altering variables, controlling more urban corporate-level solving endogeneity. Mechanism analysis indicates promote corporates by green innovation, investment, governance. Heterogeneity shows incentive effect is obvious non-state-owned when market a "bull market." This provides feasible ideas adjusting operating behavior government policy orientation.

In the era of information economy, integration internet and traditional industries is pushing rapid transformation world economy in a more innovative, smarter, greener direction. Based on panel data for 30 Chinese provinces 2006–2017 period, level China's development comprehensively evaluated using full array polygon graphic index method. The spatial Durbin model threshold are used to empirically analyze impact environmental quality. results indicate that pollution has significant spillover effect. Internet can not only significantly reduce local pollution, but also neighboring areas. regression mediation effect mainly affects by improving technological innovation, industrial upgrading, human capital financial development. Finally, policy suggestions proposed from aspects strengthening collaborative governance increasing infrastructure investment.
