One of the most significant issues in urban design is energy-related CO2 emissions, which are rising quickly as cities expand. The GDP Central European countries (from 1990 to 2016) based on several energy sources, such coal, oil, natural gas, and renewable energy, used inputs this study. To develop a reliable predictive network considering problem complexity, multilayer perceptron (MLP) combined with nature-inspired optimization algorithms, namely, black hole algorithm (BHA), future search (FSA), backtracking (BSA), biogeography-based (BBO), shuffled complex evolution (SCE). By applying approaches mentioned above synthesis MLP, recommended BBO, BHA, BSA, FSA, SCE ensembles obtained. A series parametric studies performed improve effectiveness employed models. It found that, by combining MLP's accuracy increased. result from analysis showed that BBO perform better than other three algorithms emission was computed highest level using R2 = 0.9999 0.9998, RMSE 1.6781 2.0539 for SCE, 1.8689 2.3833 BBO.
