With the growth of new energy sector, China’s industry is experiencing significant transformations. This research aims to evaluate technological progress and changes in scale efficiency listed companies industry, with a particular focus on comparison between traditional sectors. investigates various values, types returns scale, role patents fostering progress, influence financial leverage changes, comprehensive evaluation that offers critical foundation for formulating targeted strategies. uses data from A-share spanning 2017 2023, constructs input–output indicators centered development (R&D) profitability, applies DEA model examine operating companies. A Malmquist indices developed analyze dynamic evolution change change. In contrast conventional approach using scores as dependent variable Tobit regressions, this indices, which more effectively captures efficiency. The study empirically assesses impact patent accumulation through panel random effects effect four-stage incremental regression. Finally, draws following conclusions: 1. terms static correlation, exhibit polarization types; contrast, have stable mature structure. 2. sector substantial, while faces bottlenecks; both industries are rather than pure changes. 3. Regarding influencing factors companies, has limited non-linear relationship, an inflection point observed high leverage. policy recommendations based findings.

ABSTRACT The green park serves as a significant spatial carrier for China's strategy to become manufacturing powerhouse and promote industrial transformation upgrading. It is crucial platform implementing driving the development of manufacturing, promoting harmonious coexistence between man nature in current era. main focus this study total 249 parks announced by Ministry Industry Information Technology, it employs multi‐time point PSM‐DID method investigate 280 prefecture‐level cities. results show that: (1) coefficient certification policy estimated have significantly negative impact at 1% significance level. (2) facilitates integration pollution reduction carbon efforts leveraging technology innovation government support. (3) effect has regional consistency resource heterogeneity. Therefore, great effects pathways on synergies reduction.
