ABSTRACT The green park serves as a significant spatial carrier for China's strategy to become manufacturing powerhouse and promote industrial transformation upgrading. It is crucial platform implementing driving the development of manufacturing, promoting harmonious coexistence between man nature in current era. main focus this study total 249 parks announced by Ministry Industry Information Technology, it employs multi‐time point PSM‐DID method investigate 280 prefecture‐level cities. results show that: (1) coefficient certification policy estimated have significantly negative impact at 1% significance level. (2) facilitates integration pollution reduction carbon efforts leveraging technology innovation government support. (3) effect has regional consistency resource heterogeneity. Therefore, great effects pathways on synergies reduction.

As conventional polymers and surfactants approach their limitations in oil recovery, the rapid advancement of nanomaterials offers promising opportunities for chemical enhanced recovery (EOR). Among these, carbon quantum dots (CQDs), classified as zero-dimensional nanomaterials, have garnered significant attention from petroleum researchers due to nanoscale size environmentally friendly characteristics. In this study, a novel nanocomposite comprising poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-functionalized CQDs purified sulfonate (PPS) surfactant was synthesized. Experimental results demonstrated that significantly improved during imbibition tests by reducing interfacial tension enhancing wettability. Moreover, core flooding revealed achieved surpassed combined obtained PEG-functionalized PPS alone, indicating synergistic effect between two components. This synergism attributed mechanisms such disjoining pressure, optimal emulsification, reduced adsorption, which collectively contribute effective displacement. These findings highlight potential carbon-based system displacement agent EOR applications.

The new energy transition creates favorable opportunities for popularizing green technologies, while the demonstration city (NEDC) policy provides pivotal platforms propelling China’s transition. Using panel data listed companies in China, this study ascertains impact of NEDC on innovation. results indicate that has a positive effect fostering corporate beneficial is primarily attributed to heightened R&D investment, enhanced human capital, and mitigation financial constraints. exerts more pronounced influence innovation non-state-owned enterprises, high-energy-consuming those located mid-west or non-resource-based cities. Further, exhibits negative spillover effects across regions, but within industries. regional exhibit heterogeneity, with inhibitory being significant eastern regions
