In
this
article,
a
robust
adaptive
dynamic
position-control
problem
is
addressed
for
full-actuated
surface
vessels
under
coupled
uncertainties
from
unmodeled
hydrodynamic
effects
and
time-varying
external
disturbances.

obtain
high-performance
position
controller,
reinforcement
learning
(RL)
weights

actor
critic
networks
designed
without
knowledge
of
the
model
dynamics
disturbance
parameters.

enhance
robustness
closed-loop
control
system.
Furthermore,
integrated

diminish
design
complexity
resulting
derivative
kinematics,

ultimately
bounded
(SGUUB)

Lyapunov-based
synthesis.
