study
investigated
the
effect
of
alkaline
deep
eutectic
solvents
(DES)
pretreatment
on
CH4
yield
from
anaerobic
digestion
corn
stover.
The
results
batch
experiments
showed
that
cumulative
was
significantly
correlated
with
ethylene
glycol
(EG)
concentration,
time,
and
organic
loading
rate
(OLR).
After
Box-Behnken
Design
(BBD)
experimental
optimization,
increased
1.16
times
under
conditions
EG
=
0.4
v/v,
33.8
min,
22.2
w/v.
Trace
amounts
residues
in
solution
create
an
effective
acid-alkaline
balance
environment,
resulting
a
pH
range
6.5-7.5.
Thermogravimetric
analysis

degradation

hemicellulose

Methanobacterium
became
major
bacterial
archaeal
communities
40.2%
71.9%,
respectively.
