To facilitate the participation of small- and medium-sized customer-side resources into electricity market, with aim optimizing allocation resources, this paper proposes adjustable in market form generation load aggregators. Considering coupling role electric energy peaking auxiliary service a joint model aggregators that participate energy–peak shaving is constructed. Comparing solution those control group, peak-to-valley difference 10.5 MW much lower than which 16.54 MW. Compared profit was increased by USD 2.6 thousand, or 6.06%. It can be seen proposed reduce peak valley pressure as well power system from side. By participating transferable loads within give full play to its characteristics, thereby reducing cost consumption increasing profit, providing certain theoretical basis for management design rules users enter market.

To enhance the utilization of emerging energy sources, application battery storage systems (BESSs) was increasingly explored by investors. However, immature development BESS technologies introduced supply–demand imbalances, complicating establishment standardized cost analysis frameworks for potential investments. address this challenge, a hybrid optimization model user-side developed to maximize total net returns over system’s entire life cycle. The accounted factors such as arbitrage revenue, government tariff subsidies, reductions in electricity transmission fees, delays grid upgrades, and overall cycle costs. Conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) employed risk assessment metric provide investment allocation recommendations across various scenarios. An example conducted allocate evaluate different types. results demonstrated that identified optimal strategies aligned with investors’ preferences, enabling informed decision-making balanced operational stability. This approach enhanced resilience economic viability configurations.
