Shell and tube heat exchanger is a pivotal equipment used in industries for transfer. Any effort to minimize the irreversibility will enhance performance leads energy optimization cost savings. The transitional pathway to carbon neutrality in commercial building stock requires improvement of energy efficiency, use renewable sources and implementation non-technological mitigation strategies. This paper presents a GIS-synthetic hybrid urban model (UBEM) coupled with physical-based approach integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) estimation incorporate building-level large scale that could further evaluate feasibility multi-scale level. This paper investigates the impact of applying optimisation and simulation approaches for energy system modelling scenario design in a municipal context. This article discusses the integration of renewable energy sources in islanded systems, focusing on electrification transport sector and highlighting challenges that are faced. The proposed method comprises different steps. First, system is analyzed using Smart Energy Systems concept to identify high scenarios.
